We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders/Servers will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, take food orders, deliver food to customers, and provide friendly and positive customer service. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.

Servers communicate daily food specials and out-of-stock items to customers while taking their orders, offer add-ons, enter orders in the Point-Of-Sale system, and deliver food and drinks to customers.
What are the duties and responsibilities of a Bartender/Server?
Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders and taking and serving food orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and specialty drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also inform customers of any specials and upcoming events. They ensure food and beverage compliance, restock bar inventory, handle cash and credit card payments, and respectfully handle problems with patrons.

Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve foods, snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Receive cash and credit card payments and issue correct change
- Responsible for accurate sales entries in the till/Point-Of-Sale system
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements and skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to manage stressful and high-pressure situations
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to quickly and accurately perform basic math
- Relevant training certificate (you may obtain this after hire)

Line Cook Job Description
Our Line Cook job consists of the managing of the daily preparation of food items as instructed. Cooking and plating all food orders in an efficient, healthy, and attractive manner. Maintaining food safety protocol.
Tasks:
Present food using proper plate presentation of techniques learned.
Coordinate completions of menu items with bar back/bartender.
Prepare work checklist and organize work stations for each shift.
Check and maintain coolers and storage area for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food.
Take proper care of all kitchen equipment.
Prepare soups, sauces, or dressings.
Prepare all cooked meat, poultry, fish, and seafood.
Properly prepare food for consumption.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to adjust in a positive and supportive way under pressure.
Prior cooking experience preferred but not required.
Ability to be productive and follow instruction unsupervised.
